The Makita TR001GZ is the innovative 40V XGT cordless wire tying machine , designed to simplify and speed up the tying of reinforcing bars from Ø10 to Ø35 mm. Thanks to the dual brushless motor technology , dedicated respectively to torsion and wire feeding, it guarantees powerful, consistent and safe tying, significantly reducing processing times compared to traditional methods. Supplied without batteries and charger.

The use of 1.6 mm wire ensures strong and stable fastenings, while the retraction mechanism optimizes the use of the wire by holding its end in place for compact and long-lasting ties. The tightening force is adjustable via the control panel , allowing the tying to be adapted to different rebar combinations.

The quick wire loading system, with synchronized cover and mechanism, makes operation simple and intuitive. Designed for use on the most demanding construction sites, the TR001GZ features an ergonomic handle coated in soft rubber , XPT protection against dust and water , a trigger lock, and a hook for hanging the tool from bars up to Ø19 mm. It is also compatible with an optional extension for working while standing, reducing operator fatigue.
